The company Reysan Atlantic was awarded yesterday with the SME of the Year Soria 2019 thanks to its commitment to employment - already sum 30-, internationalization and innovative projects. The company will represent the province in the national phase of the award, which will take place in the first quarter of 2020.

Its purchasing director, Arantxa Carcavilla, opted to continue opening doors inside and outside Spain, but also to keep clear the difference between a large company and a large company through values such as "humanity and honesty.

The awards ceremony took place yesterday afternoon at the headquarters of Banco Santander in Soria, given that the financial institution is launching this initiative. The Chamber of Spain and HERALDO-DIARIO DE SORIA were at his side in recognizing small and medium enterprises. And is that if an idea was reiterated during the event was the importance of these companies to keep the province alive.

There was no shortage of examples. Aperitivos Añavieja collected the Accésit de Digitalización e Innovación through its manager, Emilio Zamora; the Accésit de Internacionalización was in the hands of Carlos José Garijo, general manager of Patatas Fritas de Soria Garijo Baigorri; the manager of Amatex, Alberto Gómez, went out for recognition in terms of Training and Employment; and from Logística y Transportes De Pedro, Javier de Pedro won the first runner-up prize to the Responsible Company.

The messages of support to those who raise the blind every day were unanimous. The director of Competitiveness of the Chamber of Spain, Julián López-Arenas, stressed that "accompanying SMEs is the best way to improve competitiveness. This journey must go through "internationalization processes", "digitization" or "training processes". He also applauded that the call has achieved 1,500 candidacies to be the Spanish SME of the year.

The director of this medium, Felix Villalba, put on the table the duality of a press that is both a company and a witness.  He also stressed that in the "zero zone of depopulation is vital that there are companies" because "fortunately, there is hope" in his hand.

The Dean of Business, Blanca Garcia, highlighted the "spur, the stimulus" that this type of awards to business work and retaken the relationship between the hope of repopulating and the need for companies. There was no lack of a hand outstretched from the university.

Finally, the director of Banco Santander in Castilla y León, Francisco Javier Martín, opted to give companies "tools" on a financial scale, of internationalisation, of innovation and digitalisation and of personalisation in solutions. "There will be a fairer economic context and greater development of society.
