Return or claim must be made within 30 days from receipt of order to provide for their reimbursement.
If a product is returned due to a mistake made by reysan.com, we will run with the expenses of returning as long as it has been previously notified and approved by Reysan Atlantic, S.L., since a service transport will be sent to collect the material.
If the return is due to a change of product and not to a mistake by reysan.com, the customer will pay for the shipping. If you send the goods to collect on delivery, they will not be accepted.
For items over 600€ or a volume bigger than 1 m3, an assessment of the cost of refund will be issued.
Free return cost products
Clothing, footwear and accessories are exempt from return costs when it concerns to a change due to the size or color within the same product and when it is delivered from Spain (except Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands).
Refunds for shipping damage
The return for stroke or breakdown in transportation will not be accepted unless it is accompanied by the claim receipt issued by the shipping company within 24 hours from the receipt of the goods.
The return of used, tried, washed or personalized products will not be admitted in any case. The products must be returned intact and in their original packaging, along with the invoice issued by Reysan Atlantic, S.L. All products must be protected by an external overpack (as received at home) to avoid any kind of damage or manipulation of the original product packaging during transport. Otherwise, the refund to be paid to the customer will be reduced by the corresponding amount, depending on the state of the product and the original packaging.
The warranty is only responsible for manufacturing defects, it is excluded from manipulation or misuse of the material by the user.

Reception and refund
Once the product is received at our facilities and after verifying its condition, a refund is made within 48 hours by the same method of payment of the purchase, unless one of the parties specifies otherwise. No management fee will be charged.
Exceptions in return policy
If for any reason of political or commercial strategy, Reysan Atlantic, S.L. accepts returns that contravene these rules by whatever the cause, we will proceed to make a charge of 25% of the value of the returned merchandise after notifying the customer.
