Surey IPX5 automatic knife sterilizer. It provides total and perfect sterilization of professional knives, without risks thanks to its automatic system that is activated with the closing of the door.
The sterilization process automatically starts a 2-hour cycle. This cycle uses UV-C light for the complete destruction of germs by removing exposed cells.
This sterilizer provides information on the sterilization process by means of an indicator light. The green color indicates that the sterilizer is turned on. The red light indicates that the sterilization cycle is in progress.
It has an inclined knife grid that increases sterilizer capacity, allowing all types and sizes of knives. At the same time, a magnetic bar can be placed to hold the knives.
