- Steel tube legs (35 x 35 mm) with floor fixings for secure and stable installation.
- Pre-paint treatment: passivation and degreasing with amorphous phosphating for optimal paint adhesion.
- Oven curing at 180 °C for 15 minutes for maximum durability finish.
- Powder epoxy-polyester coating applied in robotic booths — structure in micro-textured grey RAL 7035, minimum thickness 50 microns.
- Zamak coin lock with chain: returnable €1 coin, removable cylinder and master-keyed system with 2 keys. Supplied assembled on the front panel.
