The Surey Clean ½” hose with fittings is designed for direct connection between cleaning satellites and automatic hose reels. Its construction using hygienic and durable materials makes it an ideal solution for environments requiring high standards of safety, durability, and operational efficiency.

- Ultra Hygienic antimicrobial connection hose with crimped EXT flat thread / INT tapered thread 1/2”.
- Flexible and durable hose, recommended for central cleaning systems with a working pressure between 25 and 35 bar.
- Made of 100% stainless steel.
- Suitable for food contact and antibacterial*.
- Reinforced construction with textile layers and 6 chemical-resistant layers.
- Smooth, non-absorbent outer layer with antimicrobial additives resistant to bacteria, fungi, and mold.
- Crimped fittings available with flat or tapered sealing, internal or external thread, and optional male quick coupling.
- Flat-seal threaded sections include Teflon gaskets.
- Manufactured under PN-EN ISO 9001 certification.
*Antimicrobial measurement: fungicidal activity measured by incubation at 29 °C ± 1 °C for 28 days, showing growth inhibition.
Antibacterial activity measurement: 98.6% reduction of Escherichia coli and 95.7% reduction of Staphylococcus aureus after incubation compared to the control sample.
