Characteristics AUTOMATIC MEAT FLAG
This meat tenderizer is designed specifically for commercial and industrial uses. It is made for the tendering of boneless meat, chicken and skinless fish. Frozen and bone-in products are not suitable for processing with this softener.
The product is dropped between two sets of blades, which are used by an electric motor. The rotating blades will tender the product. The machine is equipped with a safety switch, which prevents the use of the machine when the lid is not in place. The machine frame is made of stainless steel.
